This collection includes all three films from Wes Craven's Scream trilogy.

Scream:

A crowd-pleasing smash hit with a sizzling cast - critics are calling Scream the hippest thriller of the year! After a series of mysterious deaths, a seemingly peaceful community becomes a place where no one is safe...and everyone is suspect! That's when an offbeat group of friends rally to unlock the town's deadly secrets...and get caught up in a lively mix of thrills, chills and surprises!

Scream 2:

Here's the incredible follow-up to the smash hit phenomenon Scream! Away at college, Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell - Scream, TV's Party Of Five) thought she'd finally put the shocking murders that shattered her life behind her...until a copycat killer begins acting out a real-life sequel! Now, as history eerily repeats itself, ambitious reporter Gale Weathers (Courteney Cox - TV's Friends), deputy Dewey (David Arquette - Beautiful Girls) and other Scream survivors find themselves trapped in a terrifyingly clever plotline where no one is safe - or beyond suspicion! Director Wes Craven (Scream) and hit-making writer Kevin Williamson (Scream, I Know What You Did Last Summer) team up once again and deliver the big screen's hippest, coolest, edgiest thrill-ride ever.

Scream 3:

Stars Neve Campbell, David Arquette and Courteney Cox Arquette are back for more in the chilling final chapter of this phenomenally popular and frightfully entertaining trilogy! While Sydney Prescott (Campbell) lives in safely guarded seclusion, bodies begin dropping around the Hollywood set of Stab 3, the latest movie sequel based on the gruesome Woodsboro killings! And when the escalating terror finally brings her out of hiding, Sidney and other Woodsboro survivors are once again drawn into an insidious game of horror movie mayhem! But just when they thought they knew how to play by the rules, they discover that all the rules have been broken! Featuring hot newcomers Parker Posey (The House Of Yes) and Jenny McCarthy (Diamonds) in another stellar ensemble cast, Scream 3 offers an unmatched mix of thrills, laughter and suspense that brings this spine-tingling saga to an unforgettable conclusion.

 Decent Films, Dodgy Boxset

The first couple of Screams are solid, knowing horrors, with some decent scares and twists. For the third, a different writer came on board, and everything is a little less interesting. However, even if you like the films, this boxset isn't worth getting for two reasons: (1) The sticker on the front of the box removes the lettering when you peel it away and (2) the first two discs were made before widescreen TVs, so the picture is squashed unless you manually zoom in, which reduces picture quality.

Open your mouth, take a deep breath.............and SCREAM!!

Three terrific films that are still as watchable as ever for fans of fun, knowing slashers directed with glee by the great Wes Craven, that can still make you jump, despite the original Scream now being almost 15 years old!

(And I can still remember going to see it several times in cinemas back in late 1996 and early 1997 - yikes!)

The first, (as a small California town and it's teens are besieged by a vicious killer), is still the best, with a smart, knowing and yet twist filled script where it's genuinely impossible to figure out who the killer might be til the very end. The second, (following the survivors of the first as they face new killers who seem connected to the first film) is so close to being as good as the first it's a real achievement and smartly uses the events of the first as a major force in the story and while the third (as the even fewer survivors from films 1 and 2 face the truth and the real mastermind behind the events of all three films) tips a bit too much into self-knowing gags and too few scares for my taste it's still a really good end to the trilogy and far better than a lot of other slashers produced since it's release in 2000.

Whether the upcoming Scream 4 will launch a new trilogy that's as good as the one here remains to be seen but with commentaries, making-of's, trailers and other extras galore this is a great set for the original trilogy to keep any horror fan entertained!

 Perfect

These films are just amazing. Id recommend to anyone to watch them. Good slasher, with a bit of humour knocked in there for good measure.

Teens getting slashed up, nasty phonecalls, party's, and the odd joke. U know what to expect, but this is the king of teen slashers, nothing beats scream, I watch it again and again and probably always will. Number 1s the best tho!!! 'supriiiiiise Sidney' haha love it!!!!!
