 Easy going fun

The first film in the Harry Potter film colloection is no modern masterpiece. But it is brilliant, easy going fun for the whole family.
The film tells the first chapter in the story of a boy who discovers he is a wizard and is taking to be taught at Hogwarts school.
Enter Ugly Trolls, Bleached haired bullies, a red stone that gives eternal life, creepy teachers, a 3 headed dog, chess and a finale more exciting and stunning then what we get in any other childrens film.
Based on the first of a 7 book marathon, the film is religious to the text, meaning that some scenes are annoying and overblown!
Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson make for a likeable if unconvincing pair but don't let that ruin what is at the end of the day simple, honest fun that anyone can enjoy.

 Year 1

Excellent scf-fi/fantasy adventure that the whole family can enjoy with great characters, effects and story.

Even though a few of scenes have been cut from JK Rowling's book, fans probably couldn't hope for a better adaptation. It bodes well for the rest of the series.9/10

Great for any collection and the single edtions have cool logos on the side, so when you stack them you can see the Hogwots school years.

 I Love Harry Potter

As the title clearly states, I love Harry Potter =)

This film was great. Harry, Ron & Hermione look so tiny and young, of course this film is nearly 8 years old so it's obvious that they would. Without a doubt their acting abilities have progressively improved since this film, but no matter its still fantastic and a definite must have!

I love the scene where Harry is playing Quidditch =)

I have this on video Ha! And I don't even have a video player anymore, I must buy it on DVD soon =P

 Great Film

This is a great film. One for all the family. Even though some of the acting is bad it is still quite funny, must have
