this is a brillant film even though it is an old film and you can tell that most of it isnt real it is a good story with some cute hunks in it. i love this film kiefer sutherland is so cute in this i could bite this face off.

I don't think it's should be a 15 still brilliant

Pure 80's and Vampires

classic or cult i grew up as a teenager in the 80s and this film is one of the best. the two coreys jason patric and the excellent keifer sutherland the best ingredients for a teen movie. superb

Hot young Brat-Packers, a thumping Soundtrack and a biting Storyline. What more could you want? As a teenager of the 80's I watched this movie over and over again. And now as I slide towards the dreaded 4-0 [yikes!] I still enjoy nothing more than sitting down and watching this classic cult horror/comedy.
Kiefer Sutherland is just amazing, Jason Patric is just gorgeous and then of course there's the two Coreys. :)
Great stuff.
I just hope they don't do a sequel. It would ruin the original. And that would be unforgiveable. Remember Dirty Dancing 2? No. Exactly.
Buy this movie now! You will NOT regret it. ;)

Grab the munchies, turn off the lights & get comfortable because here comes the best vamp movie ever. Some great acting (especially from Kiefer Sutherland), great story lines & music plus a smattering of comedy mixed with the horror makes for a truly unforgettable experience.
Watching the Lostboys transports me back to my teens, it's got the 80s atmosphere running right through it.
Certainly in my top 5 list of films of all time.
If you don't mind a bit of horror & would like to get a feel of the 80s then this is for you.

Its truely a great film... no wonder it was voted one of the best movies of the 80's
