The Pierce Brothers' winning combo of gory horror, action, and smart humour follows zombie slackers Mike and Brent as they travel across the country to find Mike's old girlfriend and love of his life. But will those nasty bounty-hunting agents with a secret agenda catch them before they can accomplish their mission? As a zombieland Abbott and Costello, actors Michael McKiddy and Ross Kidder's chemistry and timing are superb. And you'll just love Markus Taylor as the lumbering 'Cheese' in this Road Trip of the Living Dead that's hilarious fun.

This is an instant cult classic zombie comedy in the vein of evil dead and Shaun of the dead, I would go as far as to say its much better than Shaun of the dead, a fantastic story from start to finish thats very well paced with plenty of action, blood, guts and gore and is genuinely very funny and has a good cast to pull it off, this is a must for any fan of this type of genre a true classic thats worth watching over again, shame there is no extras!

 What the...??

This film is truly awful.

The humour is so childish that it ends up not being funny at all. There are GLARING holes in the plot and without giving anything away, they don't even explain the most obvious question of why the two main characters are zombies in the first place (they explain how, but not why?!). Both main characters are so irritating that you actually want the government 'agents' (also completely ridiculous) to blow their heads off and walk away, hopefully off a cliff.

I'm a huge fan of the Zombie genre, even some of the really bad films. But this? I spent most of the film just wondering what the hell anyone was thinking when they made it. I must have watched a completely different film to the reviewer who gave it 5 stars.

Avoid like a zombie horde.

If the idea of a zombie not happy about being a zombie and going on a mission to get his intended back doesn't sound appealing to you,go elsewhere.
This is very funny in a ridiculous way. It is mainly about this guy who is killed in a way he struggles to remember. He comes across antother guy who appears to be fine with being a zombie and decides to help his (unimpressed to zombie life)new mate.
It is funny to see someone clearly miffed about being a zombie and refusing to join in with the flesh eating norm. He starts remembering moments before his death and the story grows.
This is most unusual and I appreciated the new slant on zombie films,it's got some good gore with it,plenty of laughs and some heart.
But can his girl love a zombie? Now there's a question.

 Very, very bad

This film is most definitely a waste of time. Most definitely NOT in any way comparable to the very funny 'Shaun of the Dead', so not sure what that reviewer was thinking! I love zombie films, but this is just not quite there - it's not even bad enough to be funny. Avoid!
