Davina: The Ultimate Target Workout

Well they've done it again. Another excellent workout, harder than the previous DVD's but guaranteed to bring results. Great tunes to make it even more enjoyable. Keep these coming Davina, they've certainly worked for me! New moves to try so more variety, great options to choose to tailor make your workout depending on your timescale.

I have all Davina's fitness DVD's and this new one Davina's Ultimate Target is the best one by far....funky moves....funky outfits...very very fun and great tunes too...thank you Davina, Jackie and Mark for another great workout!!

Really gets a sweat on..For the first time on Davina's DVD I have got out of puff and I am pretty fit. Marc's bootcamp is fun too. Hoping to sort my bingo wings out too. Buy it. You won't regret it!

I love Davina's Dvd's! i have them all so i can mix em up! this is, in my opinion one of her best, she always thinks about you fitting it in with your busy life so you can do a workout to suit your time scale, you can do bits or all of it, i did it all last week as i had time, it was about 2 hrs and it was a fab workout! i have to say i consider myself very fit and healthy but i really felt it for a couple of days after especially in my bingo wings as they call em, lol. i would reccomend this workout to everyone, its a must buy! see you for the next one Davina!

Thank you Davina for another brillient DVD I think this one is even better than the last I especially love the Aerobic section it kicked my but.

Cant wait to do it again and get in shape for summer
