Jennifer Ellison's Fat Blaster Workout

Yet another excellent dvd with trainer Elia Siaperas who also trained Hannah Waterman and Clare Nasir this time with the truly motivating Jennifer Ellison looking at her this workout works!! Having just worked out to it boy did i sweat so i totally loved it. Lots of different exercises in this one that i have never done before so i loved that also. This workout takes just over an hour and is seperated into four sections tone blaster includes the warm up and is brilliant box blaster a little harder this is where you truly start to sweat power blaster some challenging toning stuff in there and last belly blaster some great ab toning exercises as i said earlier never done these ones before and you can feel every muscle working owch! The cool down is in this section as well. I love fitness dvd's and this one will remain a firm favourite so buy it i dare you enjoy!!

I did this workout for the firt time last night and it was really fun, I am trying to rebuild my fitness so this DVD is perfect as you can move onto the next level when you feel ready but even on the first level you work up a good sweat.

I am trying to shape up for my sisters hen party in Benidorm and I think this DVD will help me get the results I desire.

The music choice was dull, wasn't keen on the dull exercises and most importantly, can't believe jennifer ellison didn't present the DVD herself, she just stood there smiling. Sooo irritating, will stick to my pump it up DVDs in future. Really disappointed with this purchase. Total waste of money.
