It's 1944, and the Third Reich is crumbling as the Allies close in on all fronts. But Hitler has a secret weapon up his sleeve - a spaceship fleet to strike back and smash the invasion of the Untermenschen!

Five American GIs are stationed in the Australian outback on a top-secret mission, with only their wits and a time machine standing between them and Earth's domination under the jackboot. Can they thwart the evil Nazi plans to crush humanity and rule both space and time?

Five Men. Twenty-five dimensions. One reality!

Thanks Harry Mudd for your imput. I was in a well know supermarket and saw this film for 5 pounds, I didnt buy it as I wanted to check it out on play.com. The small clip showed it to be undisirable for me and your review clinched the big NO NO. thank you for saving me some money. Suzi

 Hilarious

Trailer looks epic. Robot spiders, ace special effects with an old school feel, and a red switch that says something bad is gonna happen. Bad might just be hilarious as well.

There are two other 'reviews' for this film before me and from the sound of them they have only seen the trailer. How can they rate 5 stars for something they clearly haven't seen?!

I have not seen the trailer so it's my fault for jumping the gun by pre-ordering, even though I was prepared to go along with this light hearted hokum. It sounds like an entertaining romp and may well have been a graphic novel from the style of the opening titles but that's where it should have remained.

An 81 minute film which has the characters climbing up a wooded mountain for about an hour or so before anything happens is waste of screen time until you realise that there is a part two! There is one scene which you will find memorable if you get that far towards the end but by that time you may well have turned it off.

A quick look at the bonus extras sees the special effects guy mention it took a year for him alone to do the effects with a few occasional helping hands along the way. The makers should have paid for the extra staff and done a better job in half the time because they are cheap, sub-standard and you would see better on any recent TV sci-fi series.

The best thing about this DVD is the cover. Save yourself time and money but if you have to see it, look on YouTube first before you buy.
