Continuing on directly from the series one finale Baxter (Simm), Rick (Warren) and Woody (Beesley) decide to return to their deceased friends mansion rather than leaving Quinn (Glenister) to his fate. Having taken care of the man sent to kill them it soon transpires that Baxter has decided it best to put the 3 million Euros in the boot of their car, of course their problems are far from over ...
Despite a slow opening episode (aside from the ending of course!) Mad Dogs first season certainly made for entertaining viewing and this second season continues in much the same vein. As things progress the plot proceeds to become ever more outlandish as the four friends find themselves faced with ever more ridiculous situations. Fortunately the shows dark sense of humour also remains and with the four leads as dependable as ever Mad Dogs second season is, if anything, a slight improvement over its already very entertaining debut. An excellent finale certainly leaves things open for the confirmed third season.

Definitely the best series of the year, buy it now!!
I personally found this more far fetched than the first one, and not bothering with the next series...
