Having seen Joe live recently on his tour, very good, more than one expects as their 2 sets include a cross mix of music, this dvd shows a reasonable cross section of his stage act as it is now. Shot in Shepperton Studios on a sound stage.. so its his slightly cut down stage set without a live audience, which is fine, but being a musician myself, I found the features `bits you dont normally see` more interesting. Small out takes.. a bit of a laugh. Still havent watched the Bob Harris interview, but thought I`d review the main bits first. Joe Brown fans who have seen the tour and remember him of old will like it a lot. Those who saw him on tv in Jools Hollands Later recently, as I did.. also very good.. but a live audience helps. Anything is better at a live show with audience feedback, and the odd quip and joke to answer them.
