I have this two weeks now and have been doing 1-3 sections (10-30mins) per day. I'm mostly interested in toning up my arms, but have been giving the other sections a blast also. I find it really good - especially for (unfit) beginners like myself! Already my arms are toning up nicely, so I'm very happy with it overall. However, I do find the abs section a bit difficult - I keep on having to take rests rather than try and keep up with her. But I'm hoping in time, my abs will strenghten a little and I'll be able to keep pace.
