10 Minute Solution: Target Toning

This Dvd is great. The instructor is very easy to understand. She gently takes you through the movements and then picks up the pace after a short time. She also tells you how you can work harder at the routine using hand or ankle weights.
I know the routines are only 10 minutes long but the instructor takes you through it so well the time just flys and you have worked your butt off, litterally.
This is easily my favourite of the 10 minute solutions as it is the only one who actually seems to have patience with you and not rush into the movements.

This is an excellent DVD. I started by using the buns and thighs, then the abs... (the pain!) But you really feel you're targeting all the right areas and it takes so little time! The instructor is so encouraging too.
You do need hand weights for the arms workout, and on some occasions (if you're up to it) she recommends using ankle weights.

I thought this was really good! I started off with 1 10 min session and built it up from there. Fits really well around my busy life style and is shifting my baby blubber! Well worth the money!

I love this! The woman is so encouraging and the excersises are easy to follow and extremely effective! I started doing one 10 minute section a day (as she recommends) and now I'm doing up to 3 ten minute sections four times a week and am seeing the results already! This is such a bargain and I would really recommend this!

i love thats its set in ten minute bursts because it goes so fast that it spurrs me on to do another. I found the woman to be really easy going (she didnt annoy me at all) and everything was really well explained i picked it all up on the first go. My neck ached abit doin the abs section but i now follow it with the powerstretch and its totally relaxed. Really loved it xxxx
