Jack, Kate and Sawyer open the season in captivity, as prisoners of "The Others." Just who these "Others" are and what they want are primary questions Season Three will explore. Michael Emerson joins the cast as a regular in his ongoing role as "Henry Gale". Romance looms on the horizon as Jack's interests veer towards a mysterious new woman, whose motives may be questionable. Sun and Jin will continue to celebrate their pregnancy - but is the child really Jin's? Will the survivors heed Hurley's warning or will they journey across the island in an attempt to free Jack, Kate and Sawyer? Charlie will attempt to return into the good graces of Claire and her baby, Aaron, but can he be trusted to stay clean and sober? The fates of Locke, Desmond and Mr. Eko in the aftermath of the implosion of the hatch are answered. Will Penelope Widmore find the island and her long, lost love, Desmond, and can the survivors find a way to interact with the outside world?

After a slow start, the show went from strength to strength. It's actually unmissable now - it's got to the point that it's just too good - but each week it seems to get better!! LOST is at it's best during the second half of series three - It's a must have, for anybody!

I have to say I have watched every episode of lost series 1-3 and not just once! In my opinion it is the best show on television and it would probably be the best £44.99 you ever spent!!

This series was full of twist and turns and will keep you hooked from when you first press play until you press stop on the last episode! ENJOY

Unmissable - TV at it its Greatest

Lost Series 3 begins dealing with the brilliant cliffhanger of series 2. I won't mention what the cliffhanger is, but if your waiting to see what happened to Locke, Desmond, Charlie and Mr Eko in the hatch you'll have to wait till episode 7.

The first excellent 6 episodes is a mini story arc of the 3 main Lost lead Characters: Jack, Sawyer and Kate are held in captivity by the others.

As a show, its main story of life in the Island, tying in flashbacks of an individuals characters life before getting to the Island is excellent. The setting of the show and acting is consistently fantastic. If you look hard enough during the flashback stories you'll see other charatcers stories interlink and this can only be better in DVD to pause or rewind. Such as during a Desmond flashback show - Who's in the picture on the desk of the Monk at the end of that show? Who called Charlie a Hero in the episode toward the end of the series... Really clever and gripping

Series 3 though, throws everything you know about Lost on its head. Questions such as where the polar bears came from, who is Ben, who are the Dharma initative? Why was Locke in a wheelchair? Why can't they communicate with anyone, how do the others know so much about the plane's survivors? Why was Claire abducted? What is the Island? get answered some what but then many other questions are raised in the process. Such as who is Richard? Jacob, the smoke monster?

Plus, the finale of this series, 'Through the looking glass' throws everything you know about Lost's story telling on its head. And will leave you thinking how can I really wait 9 months to find out whats happened. Honestly, the last scene of this series is absoloutly shocking!

Again, expect major characters death's, terryfing moment's, (such as when Locke meets Jacob) and a bitter sweet love story. The sets and and action sequences are also brilliant. There are also some great stand alone episodes not connected to a major story arc but really, to get into lost you need to have seen all the previous episodes.

A must... Not seen Lost? Get Lost in this DVD set

This series of Lost is the best so made so far. Michael Emerson becomes a leading character as the villailous Ben Linus and Elizabeth Mitchell is introduced as the mysterious Juliet. Henry Ian Cusack also becomes a lead as Scot, Desmond Hume.
Matthew Fox, Josh Holloway and Naveen Andrews etc all reprise their roles. This series has the most development and involves you more emoyionally. The main reason for this being the bittersweet stories of Desmond and Charlie(played by Dominic Monaghan). This is a must have.
