I heard from alot of people that this was the worse series so far and although afew episodes were better than others i thought it was the best series so far with the best ending ever!!

This is superb television: mystery, suspense, action, drama, romance, and even comedy, all delivered with such perfect balance and know-how that you can't take your eyes off the screen for a second. The twists are mind-bending, the performances excellent. The only reason I'm giving this 4 instead of 5 stars is that the finale is not 100% satisfying. Sure, the setup for the next season is extremely intriguing and the twist about the time period of the final scenes is stunning, but it's just so much of a cliffhanger that it can be frustrating if you don't have Season 4 close by!

Another season and still no answers. For all it's interesting storytelling gimmicks the show never answers any questions and in fact raises more questions. It's saved by some interesting ideas and good performances but that can't hide the fact nothing really happens.

although seasons 1 & 2 were superb,season 3 is even better and opens up more plotlines and as with whats gone before,even more questions are posed with no signs of any answers forthcoming.the introduction of new characters is really good and the end is just stunning.roll on season 4.

Dont get me wrong i have watched EVERY episode of this programme and i keep promising myself I WONT ! but im hooked.. it gets to me all the flash backs when there trying to explain things ! I have seen interviews with members of the cast where they have even said that the writers must have been short of ideas so they wrote anything, I dont care tho as long as i get to see Dr Jack every week they can write what they want ! season 3 is ok but no where as good as others.......

The Back of box reads"The best is back". Quite a bold statement one might think. However, when you consider what a show this is it Becomes quite the Understatement. Yes Lost is back and better than ever. If series one and two blew you away then series three will catch you,bring you back down to earth, make you wonder what the hell is going on then blow you away all over again. Whats great about this series is The Others and the fact that we are forced to look at them in a different light. Much of series three is centred around the way they live, work and operate whereas in series one and two we feared them because they were unknown we find out all about them here and to be honest we fear them more for knowing. However i personally saw method in their madness particularly in Bens determination to preserve the island and keep it safe which will be key to series 4. Overall this is amazing television and an essential purchase with some fantastic extras on the last disk. Get (4)ready(8) Folks(15)Its(16)time to get(23)Lost all over again(42).

Simply Wow! Has there ever been anything like Lost ever, this show just gets better by the week with all its twist and turns. As always the season finale is brilliant, which can be said for every episode of Lost really. This dvd is worth every penny.

what got off to a slow start turned into a truly great season.some great twists near the end of the series.the addition of Desmond as a character is also great and newcomer juliet is also welcome.roll on series 4

Lost is the one of the best series I have seen. I like mostly series like 24 and Prison Break but this, is completly different. When I saw started seeing Lost I was personlly lost in it ... and I can assure anyone that you will be lost in it too.. This series is great... Do buy all seasons of Lost ... you won't be absolutely dissapointed. Can't wait for Season 4 ... and for the video game on ps3 !!

Let me just say i am a huge lost fan and series 3 was not at all disapointing infact i got hooked so many twists and turns. the change in charcters is also great as there is so many sides of them you just dont know exist yet. and sawyer and jinn are so funny. defintely the best series so far... lost can only get better and better well done
