This is a brilliant fitness DVD, which teaches you exercises that you can do using your home furniture and also products from your kitchen cupboards like bottles of water.

This DVD also includes a interview with Kym, not only talking about her fitness regime but also her career and a chat between Kym and her fitness instructor offering useful healthy food tips.
