i LOVE mitchell and webb but this film is only ok... i knew it wasnt going to be brilliant, it doesnt have the dry wit of peep show, its more like an itv drama. since half the cast of peep show were in it anyway, they may as well have just made a feature length episode of that.
Having said that, i still enjoyed watching the boys, if you're a big fan its worth a watch

You can see snippets of Mitchell and Webb all over this film, Mitchell plays his usual loner sad guy but loveable act whilst Webb plays the foil to him, good to see separate storylines for each character with some excellent back up acts with the other contestants in a magic competition with all the stakes on it, good light comedy

As a big fan of peep show, i was really looking forward to watching this but i found it to be a big letdown

It wasnt that funny and you had seen most of it before

Stick to peep show and if you havent seen peep show but have seen this then just ignore this and watch peep show
