This is a great film. i think this is so much better than any Will Farrel/Vince Vaughn type of film. so if you dont like that humour, you'll like this.

BOF echoes Enter the Dragon (to a degree) and has some great laugh out loud moments. Cris walken is also excellent in his part.
highly remomended film.

Enter The Dragon meets Dodgeball is the best way to describe Balls of Fury. Foggler may be a cheapmans Jack Black, but he is personable enough to lead this very silly, and at times very funny, comedy to an excellent conclusion.
The premise is simple enough; the F.B.I. need washed-up ping-pong ace Fontana to infiltrate the evil Feng's sudden death table-tennis tournament for some reason or another, plus, win the girl and his dignity back at the same time.
When its funny Balls of Fury is magnificent and that's most of the time. Check out the Vegas show, the obligatory training sequence, and the ping-pong duel to the death with Walken's excellent Feng ("What part of sudden death don't you get?") across an Indiana Jones style bridge backed up by an ultra dramatic score. Class.

not worth watching I think i laughed once and that was it. cheap jokes awful main character and incredibly predictable. good for a 12 year old maybe

It's a comedy which could've been great but just didn't have enough laughs to make it all the way. There's a lot of scenes in this movie which will make you laugh, but there's a too many which are a little bit too obvious and silly to make you want to burst your gut.
Overall Balls of Fury is a good watch, you'll be entertained from the beginning to end and you'll have some good laughs along the way.

From the makers of Reno 911 (both the movie and the TV show) comes this awesome comedy. Other comedies fail in comparrison to this. A simple and effective laugh out loud parody of Sport and Kung Fu films. What more could you ask for?

This film is one of the funniest movies of last year. Well worth the watch & seems pretty cheap too. A great buy.

Its a funny movie, i can say that with confidence.

But...

There are bits that seem they try a li'l too hard to be funny, which just destroys the whole scene.

I loved this film, its been a while since i laughed so much at a comedy, since i hated knocked up and superbad i thought this would be some of the same run of the mill stuff, but i was wrong a very funny comedy. must watch.

i would not actually buy this film, it waS WORTH watching if your rental list gets short , its funny in parts, but not a cracking laugh out aloud film, wait til it comes down to a silly sale price if you must watch it, probaly be within 6 months of release.

This film is fantastic!!! A definate must see!!!! It had me and my boyfriend laughing out loud throughout!! And if you've seen Enter the Dragon - (Bruce lee) as many times as i have you will find it even funnier!!! Christopher Walken is by far the best character in it!!! Buy it now!! You will not be dissapointed!!!
