Rik Mayall is 'Richie' Richard Richard - He's nice in a smarmy, creepy, disgustingly oozy, oil-tongued sort of way Adrian Edmonson is Eddie Hitler- the kind of person you cross the road to avoid.
The first two Bottom Live stage shows are presented on this fantastic double disc set, expect Richard Richard and Eddie Hitler to have you laughing in the aisles with their digusting and hilarious adventures!

This Double DVD is worth buying for the first live show alone. The translation from the small screen to the stage is perfect and makes this show even funnier. These two revolting sad pervies carry out cartoon style violence with ease. Every gag is taken way too far (especially in the second show) but if you're already a fan of Mayall and Edmondson then give it a go. If you still laugh at the passing of wind then this is a DVD for you....
Their just as good on stage!

Most Bottom fans will agree with me here that they are just as funny and as violent on stage as they are on their tv shows. The first live show: Bottom Live: The Stage Show was on in Southampton and was probably funnier than the second, the plot is where Richie gets a blow up doll and Eddie tries to kill Richie, you get the idea. The second one which you will get in this two disk box set is: The Big Number 2 this was in Oxford and the plot is where they must get ready for a visit from the Queen.
Great Stuff

What A great 1st and 2nd outing for the lads. Rik and Ad, have out done themselfs with 2 really great Live shows. Bottom Live 3, 4 and 5 are just as good. It's a real same there getting to old to make another one. I think I speak for alot of fans, if they write the 6th or evan BOTTOM: the movie.
