Ive actually used this work out and its very good.
Ive lost weight with this dvd also it got to be good because im ording another one due to a drink split over it
Ill give this dvd 10/10.

I brought this Dvd to try and loose a bit of weight, it got my heart pumping, but was very difficult to follow.
The timing in parts of the routines skipped so you loose where you are, and they do not instruct you on what will be coming next or count you in.

I did this dvd after having my baby. I didnt exercise throughout my pregnancy, i had a caesearean and when i could finally exercise i did this dvd. I didnt even break into a sweat, or feel tired.
It was awful. I'm a qualified aerobics instructor and i cant see how on earth this was able to be made and sold!! Buy something else!!!!
