It sees the heat of their bodies. It smells their fears. It hunts for sport. It kills for pleasure.
In a place without rules - the hunter has become the hunted. Deep inside the jungles of Latin America, Schwarzenegger's team of elite commandos are being slaughtered by a mysterious predator. No longer are they hunters - they are the prey... of an alien whose only instinct is to kill. One by one it strikes with inhuman ferocity. Now to survive, with the jungle as their only ally, they face their greatest challenge: to stay alive.

I got this DVD through the post today and was let down to find that the metal box as the previous reviewers had mentioned has been replaced with a flimsy piece of cardboard. I dunno about you but when I spend extra on a DVD i expect it to stay the same quality the whole time they sell the product!
I love the film but let down by the case!
Stunning Classic

fantastic film, just a shame they have not botherd to do anything substantional to the picture or sound that was not done in the previous special edition release, apart from putting it in a tin box,i do not think it is worthy of purchasing if you already have aquired the 2 disk special edition version of 2002.The menus are improved and the extras are improved but i purchased this for the film its self and dont realy bother with the making of or other stuff as i prefer not to know how the thing were done as not to spoil the elusion of the film..what i will say is if silly people do not like the film and consider arnold a crap actor and make stupid and elliterate comments about it being "WORST FILM EVER", why write reviews and buy the film.i have seen both versions through a £2000 calibrated HD projector onto a 9ft HD screen and can see no discernable differances between the two.hope this helps.thanks
Best Arnie Film

My opinion on the film is that it's Arnie's best (just pips Terminator) Like someone has already said the tension gets built up gradually from the start until the finish. You won't regret buying this one and I almost envy anyone who will be watching this for the first time. As for releasing the same film 3-4 times on DVD I do think they are trying to rip people off
