I began watching CSI a while ago on five and tried to find the one that i preferred the most. CSI for me has the greatest selection of characters, a great setting and the storylines are very strong and gripping. A recommended buy.

c.s.i n.y just gets better every season just like it's counterparts c.s.i miami and c.s.i vegas there is no better crime drama series out at the moment that can touch these 3 progammes at the moment should any try these dvd's for the first time you will without a doubt love them i just can't stop collecting them or watching them so bring the next load of seasons cause there are just un-missable crime drama that will keep you on the edge of your seat

CSI NY is a great show with 2 solid seasons behind it and season 3 is no exception. The season opens with a really good, engaging episode and continues the trend throughout the entire season.
New cast members are introduced and developed in a subtle way so as not to depart too much from the forensics aspect. The new cases are fresh and interesting and different from the previous 2 seasons.
For me, the best thing about season 3 is the character development. Season 3 delves deeper into the backgrounds and personal lives of the main characters and we get to see glimpses of them away from the lab. Lindsay's troubled past is revealed, Stella faces some torments of her own and romance blossoms within the lab.
All in all, Season 3 is the best yet and i can't wait for season 4.
