WOW, what a fantastic anime.
much better than the live action movie.
it has stronger character's and a far greater story.
it may be animated, but it KICK'S ASS!!!

This movie is and always will be the best of the Street Fighter II movies. For it's age it's one of best dubs on the market and considering the mixed responses on the current dubs it really sets a high standard.
But for what's being offered in this special edition version is probably a waste of production costs as it's so called uncut bit is barely a minute long.
Saying that I would still buy this title.

If you enjoyed the games then you will love this animated movie. It carries a fairly simple but decent storyline, with fight scenes that will satisfy and entertain fans and non-fans alike. The animation is of a good quality too.
