Top 10 DVD Reviewer

What the hell were they thinking? Gone has the realistic view of the future. In is pooly scripted comic book approach. Alien3 is known as the weakest in the series. They are wrong, this is by far the weakest. Director Jeunet clarly has not got a clue how to direct, or understands the Alien movies.Although the set up is pretty good with Riply Resurrected 200 years after her death, from a blood sample found from the prison planet. From this the company want to extract and clone the Alien DNA for there weapons devision. Riply is just a byproduct. Then you know the rest, the Alien breed, escape and people die. The gore is over the top comic book stuff. The shocks are few and far between. Weaver looks bored and Ryder is very miss-cast as the artificial person. Only Ron Pearlman ( Hellboy ) seems to enjoy his self. But the biggest insults of all is the demise of the Queen Alien by the new Hybrid. The Queen Alien is wasted in this. As for the stupid Hybrid creation, I have seen more Scary creation on the Muppet Show. Then theres the "Not so" suprising realisation that the Hybrid has got on the drop ship. The only stand out moment is the underwater attack of the Aliens. It's worth sitting through this uninspired drivel just for that 5 minute sequence. Even ALIEN VS PREDATOR and ALIENS VS. PREDATOR REQUIEM was alot better than this. This is a sorry addition to the saga. If there is a part 5, give it to some body who knows what they are doing !

This is a vey good and underrated film, sure the newborn is crap but the story and acting is very good and the visuals are very well executed and they are like works of art

Very good film with stand out performances from Dominique pinon and Ron Perlman

I ahve to say the same it started all right then the whole plot twist and it goes horrible. I like the Aliens in it still but its not even Riply its just crap plan and simple full stop.

This is a film that starts out quite impressively, Ripley's character has more of an darker undertone thanks to her alien DNA but for some strange reason, there's a redundant plot twist that wrecks the whole adventure. The alien hybrid was just a mess of an idea, Ripley is a hybrid anyway and rather than make a hand to hand fight with the alien queen the ending, you just get a very weak finish to what could have been an amazing climax. Yes the underwater alien sequence was awesome, and the having a bad idea get in the way. Maybe it was rushed at the screenwriting process, who knows?
