I liked this movie a lot. All the actors were did a good job and pulled you in as well. Also, I liked the cleaner side of comedy this film presents as opposed to "Bruce Almighty." (it's predecessor). I think that the movie is awesome for family viewers who do not like inappropriate material. Besides one or two naughty words the movie was absolutely clean and very family oriented. Going into the movie I thought it would be more like "Bruce Almighty," but was surprised by the cleanness.

the film is funny in all the right places, i was expecting a cheesy childrens film but it applies to all ages. i would give it 4 star but because of all the silly reviews im giving it 5.

Although this was definitely not as good as Bruce Almighty it did have it's funny moments. Steve Carrell is a brilliant comedy actor. You only have to watch 40 Year Old Virgin to know this. This is more a family fun film. Worth watching if you liked the first, if you didn't don't bother.

Bruce Almight set the standard with Jim Carey and Steve Carell fighting for the lime light, thanfully the slightly tired Jim Carey didn't make it into this adventure leaving room for Steve to have some fun. The level of comedy isn't his usual 40 year old virgin Apatow style, it's more family humour. The story is very ridiculous and the concept even crazier, but this is what makes the film funny and appealing. If you're looking for a great family entertainment film, look no further, if you're looking for the Apatow Steve Carell, you won't find him here.
