Can you stomach it?
Provocative, shocking and utterly compelling, Feed is a daring, stylish and totally uncompromising psychological thriller that employs the conventions of the serial killer genre to tackle the controversial world of internet voyeurism. Laced with a deep vein of dark humour and a brilliantly ironic use of hit pop songs, Feed is guaranteed to disturb and entertain in equal measure.
Phillip Jackson (Jack Thompson) is a man who seemingly has it all: a successful police career, a comfortable apartment and a beautiful, devoted and sexually uninhibited girlfriend (Rose Ashton). But Phillip is about to lose everything he holds dear, perhaps even his mind. Somewhere, a psychotic serial killer is feeding women to death and broadcasting the full horror of their deaths on the internet. Phillip's investigation leads him into a gruesome and unimaginably perverse world of sexual depravity and death where the lines between victim and killer are blurred...

I have seen too many reviews that give this film a real 'bum rap'. It is worth a look provided that you are not just after a gratuitous riot of blood, gore, general mayhem and the odd exploding head.
If you like an intense film with an unusual theme and really need some impetus to kick start that diet then sit down with something easily digestable and low calorie and watch this film.
It might also be worth a look for Alex O'Loughlin alone who plays psycho very well and is one sexy mother....! He is staring in the new Moonlight on Living TV just in case you can't place him.
This is not to mention the sexual nature of the film and the obvious sadism involved throughout.
I rented it enjoyed it and went out and bought it. So should you but like they say only if you can stomach it.
