After two spin-offs and a complete change of TARDIS crew, the third series of New Who is starting to lose some of its edge. Always a show about ideas, it now seems to be recycling plots from its own re-invention, let alone the original. Still enjoyable, but this latest series hasn't had a single memorable episode (although the current scarecrow storyline is at least trying to be different), let's just hope it pulls something out by the end so that a fourth is still welcome.
Some of the finest tv ever on the finest dvd ever. if you're sat yhere thinking hmm shall i buy this?
DO IT. You're wife will never know. Do it. Doctor who is undisputadely the best programme ever. Whether you like it or not. If you don't, just surrender, you can't escape it.

These first three episodes of the third series are brilliant - showing that the action and special effects have been ramped up to the next level! David Tennant is as mad as ever, but as his new sidekick Martha, Freema Agyeman is without a doubt a gorgous and highly likeably breathe of fresh air to the series. She outshines the Doctor for me. This volume contains Gridlock, which I think is one of the finest bits of British television we have seen in a very long time. Highly emotional and gripping stuff! Top marks!!
This is by far the worst Doctor Who season yet. All the acting is atrocious, the special effects are mediocre (at best) and the show isn't even good for a laugh (except for laughing at the actors). The BBC has really let this one slide.
A must see, if you have'nt seen them yet click on the buy buttom now.....HONESTLY. It's got the best season opener so far and scary witches with shakespeare. The acting is fantastic as always and the story's are brilleant, carn't wate for the series 3 boxset.
