The Bellas, an all-girl singing group thriving on female pop songs and their perfect looks, are forced to regroup after an epic fail at last year's final. Among the new recruits is freshman Beca (Anna Kendrick - Twilight), an independent, aspiring DJ with no interest in the college life. But after getting to know the group of oddballs and misfits, including Fat Amy (Rebel Wilson - Bridesmaids), Beca has a new outlook and takes it upon herself to help the Bellas find their new look and sound and get back into the competition.

Full of hilarious jokes, witty one-liners and awesome music, Pitch Perfect is the ultimate feel-good comedy.

Top 100 Music Reviewer

There's a good chance i'm not the target audiance for this, but as dubious as i was about watching it,i quite enjoyed it.
This singing contest film is not the most original or funniest, but it certainly has it's moments. I've read some reviews elsewhere saying it's awful,i wouldn't say it's too bad,it's just nothing special in my view.
The characters are a mixture of funny and a bit annoying, some of the expected kind, some that add something new to the formula.
I didn't find it as funny as i'm sure a lot of people did,but to be fair some of it was surprisingly funny and well worth sticking with. A few scenes did get the chuckle bone going, the puke angel, though i saw it coming, made me laugh and cringe at the same time,it's a scene i'll remember for some time.
In all honestly,i doubt i'll be watching this again any time soon as it just didn't have me laughing enough to consider it anything great, but i don't think those that fancy it should be put off by the really negative reviews,it was a lot better than i thought it would be. So consider me a fence sitter on this one if you want, but i can honestly say i quite enjoyed it and perhaps sometime in the future i will watch it again and enjoy it even more.

 Brill :D

This has to be my fave film from the past few years. It's such a fun, feel good movie that is full of laughs from start to end. If you want something to cheer you up after a crappy day this is the film for you. I just wish the publicity for this had of been greater so i could have watched it at the cinema - i only found out about it from a friend! Go watch.

The more you watch it, the more you laugh. It's comical, and you have to love the music. Fat Amy is absolutely brilliant! It's a must watch!

I also exoected this to be very much like Glee, but its in a different league all together. You cant help but smile at 95% of this film, it really is a feel good film. The music is excellent, the story line is good.
The one thing i will say is the ending didnt feel very final, more left up in the air. Such a funny film, go see it!
