If you did not watch this the first time it was on TV, you have my condolences. The best of the best, nothing else to say.

Wonderful set, made better by bonus soundtrack: it just brought the entire series back to life! Good value for money, unlike a lot of dvds out there, recommended!

Top 10 DVD Reviewer

It is often the case that kids' TV shows from the past turn out to be pretty awful when watched later. Happily, this series about a young Spanish boy heading off to the New World in search of treasure still stands up today, The animation may be rather basic, but the storyline certainly keeps your interest.

Wow!!!! What an incredible box set. I've been waiting to see this series again since I first saw it on the BBC a couple of decades or so ago (am I that old). The extras in the box set are superb, from the Episode Synopsis, the brief history of the civilisations and characters in the series and the art work. This series is better than I remember it, and the animation has certainly stood up to the test of time. The musical score is also something to behold. If you have never seen this before, it is a must buy. If you have seen it before, you've probably already bought it.
