Bill and Perry are brothers and small time entrepeneurs. They make the bulk of their money from collecting rents on ex-council properties that they acquire through a scam. Their humour works in celebration with despair as Bill takes the viewer through 2 days of events that he persistantly blames on an impending full moon.

I read the story behind this film in the Irish Post and had to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised.
The story line is a bit of a rollercoaster with the viewer being thrown from one scenario into another taking you on a personal journey with two brothers and their family and colleagues who all seem to be influenced by the coming full moon. The effect of the moon is quite dramatic and some would say alarming.
Some really strong performances and scenes with a memorable authentic London cast. I could detect the Irish humour in the dark comedy of the film.
Has potential, but messy

As someone who has become tired of the boring predictable Hollywood movies, I'm always keeping an eye out for any new British movies, so after reading about this film's director in the The Times I had to give the movie a go.
And I wasn't disappointed, it is quite a raw film in terms of production, but according to The Times it only cost £40,000 so I was actually expecting it to be a lot worse than it actually was, and the acting and long running scenes certainly helped bring it to life. As it's his first movie, I presume the style can only getting better, I look forward to his next film
