a suprise i will say, a great story with great actors a bit slow in places and a nice twist at the end, this is not a great action film but a good story line and some great actors make up for it, worth the money they are now asking for

Premise of story sounded good!
How wrong was i. Occasionally entertaining but on the whole not worth the time or money. And just plain wierd at times,Ben Affleck totally miscast!
Not for me!

Smokin' Aces is trying to be the American equivelent of Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, and doesn't really succeed in matching its smart twists and fascinating characters. While there some fun moments, you end up not really caring who comes out on top, and the poor casting choices don't help either.

it was a riot of drugs shooting and comedy with crazy charaters and stupid plot. this was pretty gross at some points and boring at others but it keeps you thrilled for at least an hour but a letdown ending which the film built up to but it was all surprising aswell as confusing. if i was a propa reviewer i would of gave it 6/10 for brilliant action and comedy but a rubbish ending and sometimes confusing!

Chock full of weird characters, the basic premise is that several hitmen have been hired to kill the same guy. For the most part it's inventive and keeps your attention, but it seems to lose its way at the end.

this is exactly what i expected. a hollywood movie full of shooting and explosions and cheesy action. it was very godd and very entertaining. not to be taken too seriously as it obviously has been by some other critics!

Not an amazingly brilliant story, but definately worth a watch.

Some very good action scenes, especially when the woman blasts aimlessly at the hotel with her M82 .50cal anti vehicle rifle. Very funny to watch. I also love the guy's russian bodyguard, very amusing.

Its not something you'l watch over and over but its 1 of them films that holds its value as a movie that you can put on in the background when you can't really decide what to watch.

I love that Japanese kid he is so funny. Putting that aside, this was a very well writen story with an unlikely finish. Its not the best film made but it is still worth a watch. I have watched it 3 times and still find it fun

Great Film for £2.99! Reynolds and Pivens perfomances are excellent! Great Twist! A must have!

a really good film which sees lots of asassins chasing one guy! what do u think is going to happen? really good film with a nice twist, really didn't see it coming! at £2.99 delivered - its a steal!
