Enjoyable British Comedy

This is an enjoyable British comedy, but mainly because of Kate Maberly. She gives a great performance, Andrew L-P is very weak in this, but fortunately his inhabitability doesn't ruin the film. it is still a good British flick

What a great teen comedy! Andrew Lee Potts is surely the star of this as he steals the show everytime he's on the screen.
It's not a 'gross out' comedy, just a good hearted, fun, teen orientated flick.
Disappointing

It is a shame that there is not an option of no stars. The trailer is very cleverly cut and does not contain a complete scene from the film. It sells itself quite well, but the actual film is a massive disappointment.
The film is a complete mess and absolute nonsense. It wouldnt recommend this to my worst enemy, it was a hard effort to watch it through to the end, we were egged on by the belief that things could get better. Sadly they did not.
The worst part was that I played it in front of friends.
I would advise people to not waste their time with this movie. Im usually very open minded about bad films, but this is a definate no no.
Tasty and Moreish

Am a bit of a teen comedy fiend but really liked it. It has it's flaws to be sure, but it's smart, funny, and a bit different - especially for a brit comedy. And my opinion is in no way influenced by all the many many very very very attractive girls in it. OK, maybe half a star...
Crunchy and tasty on the outside, empty on the inside

A clever idea with some clever jokes that could have been much funnier. Boy meets girl story with some self-concious nods to the world of film.
I think this movie suffers from the "one guy does everything" problem. Written, produced and directed by one person, it really needs input from a second or third head to say "that doesn't work" or "try it this way". The reviews on the cover (from the Sun and Nuts) were obviously written after a lads' Friday night down the pub which may be the market they want.
