I love all series of Shameless but this one just got better! So funny and everyone in it is crazy! People do live like this and I love how it hides no secrets, or reality! Sooooo worth watching!

Fantastic series. Knocks spots off of skins. This series is not the same without Kev and Veronica but still a good watch. Frank Gallagher is superb.

If you are as big a fan of shameless as I am, you will now guess what I am going to say... what an absoloute load of tosh! The first series was a brilliant example of british comedy/drama and what a brilliant cast such as James McAvoy and Anne Marie Duff, when james aka Steve left I was in tears... The second series was even better, and when steve and Fiona left I knew that some of the excitement would go with it, and it did, but they had a couple of saving graces.. Veronica and Kev but now they are in a jail come the 4th series!!! hopefully they will return. Paul abbot is a brilliant writer and should be commended, but if there is going to be a 5th series which I do hope there is, the story lines need to be pepped up and veronica and kev need to come back. Steve and Fiona will never return, so they will never be as good as the 1st and 2nd series', i hope they can come up with something better for the next series.

I cannot dismiss the 4th series as total rubbish because it has some of the nitty gritty diplayed in the earlier series' and I will always love the show to the end...

Series 1 Brilliant, Series 2 The best of them all, Series 3 not as good as the other 2, Series 4 worst of them all, but still better than most stuff on tv.

Sorry very weak storylines, think this one series too far for shameless, they have brought in the maguires to replace lost characters and failed.
The storylines were going nowhere and just not funny, if they are doing series 5 then im afraid they have ruined what was a good series. They should put it to bed now and finish on a high.

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars LOVE IT

I am a huge shameless fan, and even though heartbroken with the loss of Marty, Kev and Veronica and the oh fabulous sheila, I was thrilled with the Macguires, Mimi and Patrick are fantastic!! and who can forget the new totty in their eldest son (YUMMY) Loved the Take that sequence at the end had me rolling about laughing. Can't wait for next and hopefully longer series of shameless to begin in January.

Customer rating: 3 out of 5 stars No hope for series 5

Top 100 DVD Reviewer

Unfortunately Shameless has suffered this series with the loss of some key cast members.... however I beleive if you didn't know what you were missing Shameless Series 4 would still be considered a decent watch. If you watched the others, don't have high hopes.
