When a man is eaten alive by an unknown creature, the local game warden teams up with a paleontologist from New York to find the beast. A quiet, remote lake is suddenly the focus of an intense search for a crocodile with a taste for human flesh!

The original was imense fun, but this second installment is dreadful. Obviously the purse strings were tight and it shows - inconsistencies all over, poor acting, dreadful CGI and incredibly frustrating throughout. No wonder I can't remember it on the big screen. One plus point (there's got to be one....), I did watch it all, but only just! You've been warned!

THIS PATHETIC TOOTHLESS SEQUEL LACKS ANY BITE, AVOID!

The original 1999 movie was a comedy/horror classic, this direct to DVD release is just insulting.
The movie has to have some of the worst acting I have seen in many a year, the shocks are obviouse and you can predictict whats going to happen as soon as the opening credits have ended. The production values are dirt cheap, and the terrible CGI crocodiles are so bad they are funny. I cannot find anything good about the film. What amazes me the most is that I managed watched it to the end!
Do not buy this direct to DVD trash as it is a insult to the superb original. If you must see this crap, I suggest you wait a few month, as no doubt it will end up on Channel 5 in the early hours.

Very poor film. Not a patch on the first one. the acting seemed very wooden and the special effects were the worst i've seen on a film for a long time. You could always tell that the crocs were not real. Take my advice and stay well clear of this one!!!
