The Police Story movies are regarded by fans and critics alike as the apex of Jackie Chan's celebrated career so it's no wonder that he's back as Detective Chan. This time the challenges for Chan are bigger than ever as he battles personal demons and goes head to head with a gang of vicious cop killers.

A very serious Jackie Chan film that sees him go through some bloody awful events, it's quite heart-wrenching. Chan and the rest are superb. A VERY GOOD FILM!

The 'Police Story' films have always given us excellent action sequence, with the latest installment being no exception. But this films shows a more mature Chan, now in his 50's, he shows his emotions in a gripping drama that coincides with the fast-paced action. The film also features a new take on the famous bus sequence, made famous in the first Police Story. After seeing Rush Hour 3 some said Jackie was too old for action but this shows he is not. Its just because Chan is in charge more on his Hong Kong films and can choose the level of action he does. I look forward to Jackie's next Hong Kong film. But while your waiting take a look at this 2004 addition to a growing list of great Jackie Chan films.
superb
