As the new night nurse at a soon to be abandoned children's hospital readies the last group of orphans to leave, it becomes increasingly clear that these are not normal children. Something living in the hospital, something the children call the "mechanical girl," has a terrifying hold over them and will stop at nothing to keep them in the hospital with her forever.

Top 10 Clothing Reviewer

I watch horror films all the time and I am very rarely scared or even slighly bothered by a horror film. This one however was creepy!!! The suspense builds up really well and the ending is excellent. I really dont know exactly why this stayed with me but it has. Definitely recommended for horror fans who like some substance to their films. Im not a clarista flockhart fan but this dvd is truly excellent, you have to see it!!!

wow! cross between Boo & The Grudge. FANTASTIC!!!

absolutely amazing. was really impressed. the film on the whole has the "creepiness" of boo and the twists of the grudge. definately reccomend 2 all horror fans. just make sure your not eating when you see the "MECHANICAL GIRL"

 Not a scary, 'scary' film

Awful film. First half was boring and the second half was disappointing. Steer clear and buy a real scary film!

My girlfriend brought this, and i have to say, i enjoyed it, i was thinking along the lines of something stupid like the ring, but it isnt at all, i didnt watch a trailer incase it gave away the best bits, and i only heard of it threw another mate who is intrested in the same films, so the girlfriend finally brought it, and we watched it, it was great, good acting and very very weirdly spooky at times, your left guessing right up till the end, the girlfriend couldnt watch much, not because of any gore, just because it was freakin her out, if you want a scary film, i would insist on this.

 Awesome film

I'm quite hard to please with films, as I'm the sort of person to switch off if I'm not drawn into the story within the first 5 minutes. This is a brilliant film, the storyline is great with terrific acting. Very spooky at times, and definitely worth watching.
