I bought this because our Grand-daughter loves this programme. And now so do I !!! Babysitting is now easy and peaceful, she sits on my knee or dances with them in front of the TV. Great !!! I have to say that Derek Jacobi is amazing as the story teller aswell. Well worth the money and I shall be getting more.
Great...no poblems with ads!!!!

I love this DVD maybe more than my 1 year old, he he! I saw the previous review after buying this DVD and thought...NOOOOO, I hate ads...and this one in particular is VERY noisy! But once the ad has started I just press NEXT/SKIP and voila...no more ads!!!!! Maybe it depends on the DVD-player..??
Excellent DVD for my kid, shame about the forced adverts.

My 2 year old loves the DVD, the only pity is that you are forced to watch a few minutes of adverts for other BBC kids programs before you get to the main menu. You cannot skip by pressing MENU.
Essential if you have an 18 month old...!!!!!

My kids watch this over and over again they love it! My little girl whose 16 months make us laugh as she dances with her Iggle Piggle and cuddles him as shes watching it. She tries to take Iggle Piggle out of the TV and can't quite work out why she can't grab him. Very funny to watch provides hours of fun great value for money.

As an adult this programme drives me round the bend its totally crazy, but the kids love it.Its got really silly songs and creatures and is all set in a very colourful setting(the night garden). If you want time on your own bob this dvd on and im sure the kids will be hooked from the start.Im sure kids tv was never this silly when i was young but who cares..lol.
