Review

Cape Wrath is the story of the Brogan family, and their new lives in their new luxury home. But we soon find out that in fact, the 'Brogans' are actually the Foys; they have been put onto a Witness Protection Programme after Danny testified against the dangerous gangsters.

The whole family have been given new names, and have left their old lives behind to move to the exclusive, isolated community of Cape Wrath; a place where they are all safe. At first, Cape Wrath seems like the answer to all the family's problems. However, the Brogans soon realise that beneath it's welcoming exterior, lurks a rich seam of secrets. Secrets held tight by each and every one of its pleasant and seemingly well-balanced residents. Secrets behind the place itself; behind its past, present and, most importantly, its future!

In Cape Wrath everyone has something to hide!
Cape Wrath really is a great TV series and has great story lines. In each episode we find out more about the residents of Cape Wrath. But is Cape Wrath a witness protection project or a prison !!?!

Cape Wrath does not get the credit or attention it deserves. The series is great holding your interest every episode, and the twist at the end of the series definitely warrants a second series. The cult TV series holds a rather big fan base already, but i feel that the series won't really kick off into the big time until a second series is made. I think this series has the potential to be massive and is well worth the money, it's a must see!

4 stars (only because it needs a second series)

An unsuccessful attempt to cross Brookside with The Prisoner and borrowing heavily from obscure Jack Palance film Welcome To Blood City. Far too long, any interesting points could have been made in half the time and the ending is unresovled in the hope there will be another series. David Morrisey is as good as always but the always excellent Ralph Brown is the only reason to watch

I have watched the whole series of Cape Wrath and the ending is fantastic, cant wait till series two comes out.

Although a little slow at times it is still one of the best series that I have seen (and I have seen ALOT!)

Happy watching.....
