Despite what midnightcobster said, this is a good series and better than any of that Who Can Solve A Problem Like Maria crap. Ever since the first episode of the first series i have been hooked to this series, and the BBC can make good programmes as this is an example and older examples being Red Dwarf or Allo Allo.
This series is definatly better than the first series, and i think better than the third mainly because you lost good characters like Jack Rimmer, Kim and Andrew etc.
I havent yet bought this series but i did watch it on TV when it was aired and i would definatly recommend anyone to watch this because you will get hooked if you give it a chance :)
FANTASTIC!!...BUT

Series 2 of 'Waterloo Road' is of course miles better than series 1. Containing 4 more episodes than the previous series (12 in total). The script, characters all fantastic but there is one problem. There is 2 hours of cut scenes in total. 10 minutes from each episode is missing due to copyright reasons for the music. Still a 50 minute episode cuts all the bits that you might think of as (fill in scenes) but i did realise some scenes that i didnt seen watching the DVD. but except for the missing scenes, a fantastic DVD and series. Shame so many cast were lost at the end of series 2. BUT Andrew and Kim will be back for series 4 next year!! BUY IT!! BARGAIN!!!
Amazing!
