Omid has to be the best stand up comedian i have ever seen followed by Lee Evans. There so many jokes that you tell over and over again to your friends and when watched again still laugh at!*****

This is a fantastic watch for anyone who enjoys stand-up comedy.
I found Omid Djalili bringing something new to the stand up scene; which overall made me laugh constantly throughout the DVD - the excellent gags/jokes, funny noises and physical humour had me screaming at certain parts...

If your looking for something new and different, dont be shy to buy this.

It was ok but its all the same jokes over and over again it really did bore me towards the end.

It's hard to describe my feelings toward this DVD - I tried and tried to find the man funny but he just didn't make me laugh once. It wasn't boring by any means, and gave an interesting insight into the Iranian ways of life, but when I buy stand up comedy I expect more. I expect to laugh, especially when I know the comic potential that Omid Djalili has.

I didn't know that Iranian culture has been that rich. When I saw Omid Jalili's showes, I started to do some research about Iranian history. Amazing! Such a rich, powerful and beautiful culture. I love it and from now for me Iran will be a completely different country from the rest of the middle east. Thanks to Omid Jalili. I recommend his amazing DVD to everone from any country who love to become happy very deeply.

I just saw the Omid Djalili show on BBC1 on Saturday night. It was hilarious, especially the stand up stuff. Intelligent and thought-provoking with a fair bit of physical comedy too. Omid is definitely an all rounder. I look forward to picking up the live DVD. You may recognise him form films as diverse as Gladiator, Grow Your Own and Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. But it is on the stage performing live that he is at his best. This is a must have purchase for fans of clever observational comedy.

I was at the recording of this show and am so pleased it's finally about to be released on DVD. A very,very funny man
and his new Sat night BBC show will no doubt make him one of the biggest UK comedy stars. THE comedy DVD to buy for 2007!

Omid Djalil is without doubt one of the funniest comedians working today, an Iranian born British national he has a unique perspective on the war on terror, bellie dancing and spurious (and bad) impressions of Godzilla. If you don't buy this DVD he'll probably bomb your house, or worse still belly dance at you for hours until you submit
