A chatty, worm-like parasite offers the utmost psychedelic experiences to its host if they allow him to latch onto their necks and inject their brains with a bizarre secretion. For Brian this trip is better than his dull life, but in order to maintain the buzz, he must provide this parasite with its favourite food - human brains.

Frank Henenlotter is a genius.
His films are basically mad and people should watch them not expecting a serious/big Budget extravaganza.
In short it is about a monster that feeds on peoples brains. It lives in a host who is tanked up on a mysterious drug that takes them an almighty trip. While off there face the monster strikes.
If you like this film watch Basket Case his greatest film.
