The Chase follows a family of vets as they run their practice in the small local community of Oxley in Yorkshire. Series One attracted viewing figures in excess of five million. Starring Gaynor Faye (Playing the Field), Nicola Stephenson (Clocking Off) and Nicholas Gleaves (City Lights), The Chase is written by Kay Mellor (Fat Friends) and directed by Juliet May (New Tricks). DVD extras include a Kay Mellor biography, cast filmographies and a picture gallery. The triple DVD release will be supported by advertising in the national press, key women's titles, TV listings magazines and a huge PR campaign.
