Wildly entertaining, violent and stylish, One Last Dance is the story of an assassin (Francis Ng) hired to kill the men responsible for kidnapping an important man's son. But his task is not as simple as it first seems, and he must take many lives before he can get close to discovering the kidnapper's true identity.

This is yet another film from Asia telling the story of a lonely hitman forced to question his line of work. Whilst it did have it's moments (Francis Ng and Ti Lungs performances for example) I found that overall this was a very annoying film to watch. Things like having a fractured narrative made the simple story needlessly confusing and having Harvey Keitel plastered all over the front cover just to have him used for two minutes was a cheap gimmick.
The DVD itself wasn't that good either. Picture and sound were of the high quality you'd come to expect from Tartan but the extra features were pretty much non-existent.
Overall a very disappointing film which tried to make things seems more complex and intelligent than they actually were.
Must See!!!
