The Idyllic town of Mountainview is infested and terrorized by deadly mutant insects, the likes of which have never been seen before. The townsfolks' only hope is the wacky trio of men led by General George; a gung-ho former soldier turned exterminator, who is joined by the towns' mild-mannered Sheriff and a brilliant-though slighty eccentric-Dr Fujimoto.
