  mind bending!

this film is very well thought out and really twists your mind the concept of being 15 mins in the past what spoils it a bit is the computer generated monster things that come into the film half hour from the end, turns a really weird and wonderful film into a bit of a cheesy ending but definatly worth watching none the less.

Just as amazing as i remember, i remembered it feeling really eary when i was a kid. I watched it 14 years later (last night) and it still felt the same. A couple of dodgy actors in the first bit, but gets better after about ten minutes. This is a classic.

Watched as a kid and still love it as much today. Some dodgy acting in places but a brilliant story and film. Buy it now.

Not quite how i remember it to be but then again i was a kid. Came across a bit corny but brought back the memories, very clever and slightly chilling, especially the guy who rips the paper(wierdo). Not KIngs best but still good. One for the collection.

Not a film for those who are afraid of flying, the usual scares and shocks from one of the best horror writers around. Not all SK books make good film adaptations but this one definatly hits the mark, give it a go !!

I watched this as a 2 parter on tv and i loved it, i thought it was brilliant, it's not easy to make a film as good as a book but i think that this definately managed it. An absolute must!

  The Langoliers

I have already have this film on VHS, and was glad to see it now on DVD R2.

Although the special effects don't have that wow factor, the scary looking Craig Toomey (Bronson Pinchot) makes up for it, and a real aircraft (L1011) was used in a lot of the film.

At 3 hrs, it is a bit long, but if you like a mystery suspense thriller, then The Langoliers is worth getting.
