it was a great movie, worth the cheap price, its a good weston, sure its not action packed all the way (but still quite action packed at points) it has got some good action scenes in it and some great acting and a tense story line, well casted and a great film in the hole

Like up above, I'm not a fan of western film's at all but being a big Bale fan this was not missable, and boy am I glad I got it. Bale is such a good actor and he does it effortlessly, he has to be one of the greatest British actor's ever, anyway. This is just simply an awesome film, the story I thought was a bit simple but turns out to be very good with good acting, the ending and the last fight going through the whole town seemed a little over the top but it was one of the best ending's any film has every had. If you don't have this your missing out on a very very good film.

3:10 to Yuma (2007) - ****
Made 50 years after the original film, this worthy remake has some fantastic shootouts and actions sequences, but far more appealing is the sparky relationship between a charming Russell Crowe and the subdued Christian Bale. Also worth watching for a great villainous turn from Ben Foster.
