Customer rating: 3 out of 5 stars Fun 80s movie

I hadnt seen this film in about 19-20 years until I bought it 2 weeks ago. I have very fond memories of watching Biggles in the 80s, I enjoyed it then & surprisingly its stood the test of time relatively well. It centres around Biggles & his "time twin" James Ferguson, a high flying exec from 1986 NY. The film goes back & forth between 1986 & 1917 with Feguson having to help out Biggles & Co. against the Germans in WW1 & their new weapon. The story is good enough to keep you entertained for the full 90 minutes. Anyone who like it 20 years ago should still enjoy & I'm sure its somethig kids today will enjoy aswell.

Biggles should have been a big hit in the 80's.

Alas it's been forgotten about.

It stars Neil Dickinson who plays Biggles and brillantly too.
He makes Biggles look great and you wish you were Biggles.

Peter Cushing stars in what would be his last film. Its a great part and a great send off to a truly wonderful actor.

The fim starts in modern times and then flipps back and fourth to world war 1. Biggles time until Biggles ends up in the present day.

An action packed adventure that is well directed and has a great musical score.

Biggles is great family entertainment not to be missed.
