Space battles, quantum entanglement, and love triangles with snack dispensers, are just some of the problems facing the boys as they return on the small rouge one.

Rimmer receives an SOS distress call from an old foe and is suddenly faced with the dilemma of his life. Lister grapples with the problem of being his own father, gets romantically involved with snack dispensers 23 and 34, while Kryten and Cat become quantum entangled forcing them to do everything in unison. The posse also find themselves marooned in 23 AD where they rescue a famous historical figure with a beard.

Packed with over 150 minutes of extras including an exclusive making-of documentary, deleted scenes and a brand-spanking-new collection of 'Smeg Ups'.

DVD comes with special collector's reversible sleeve.

I like most was looking forward to the return of this series but it is a bit of a let down, there was lots of funny classic jokes and moments that felt oldschool but overall its not a strong series, some of the comedy feels painfully like they were out of ideas, the 3rd episode Lemons is clearly the best a flawless and very funny episode, but the last episode was probably the worst episode they have ever done and was not a strong way to end the show, the actors are all great and fit back into their roles even though Rimmer is looking very old. The first 8 series will always be the best, the show now needs to die its death!

 SMEGGIN GOOD!!

This is up there with the best Red dwarf ever, obviously the old series have the nostalgia about them that makes you want to say it's not on par with them but i truly believe it is!!. Laugh out loud funny and you'll find yourself with a large grin on your face every second of every episode!!. Truly hope this is not the end but if it so happened to be...what a send off it was!!. The end?...the smeg it is!!.

Brilliant series. one of the few things I have actually looked forward to watching. Some great story lines here with some laugh out loud moments in every episode. Fathers and sons for me is the best episode but I have enjoyed every episode. The writting is superb throughout blending 80's/90's humour with modern. The shows comments on past events and story lines from previous series keeping the hardcore fans happy but not so much so to put off the new dwarfers. I know i have a slighly biased veiw being a massive red dwarf fan but i really think this series is up there with series 5 and 6. Bring on series 11!!!!!!!

it takes awhile to get back into the swing of things in my opinion i look at this as the first series of the new red dwarf and dont try to compare it to how they looked and acted years ago , they are all fine actors and it shows in every series in my opinion i still think the best could be yet to come :)
