Davina Intense

As i say in the title totally different to Davina's other dvd's. The whole thing lasts 1 hour and 30 mins approx the shortest ever Davina dvd for a while! It starts with a 10 min warm up which is really good but the moves are more complicated I think you will have to do a few times until you get the hang of it. Next is the intense cardio box again complicated fast moves that I feel with practice will be better very intense indeed but you do get rests inbetween sets and you need them to drink water it lasts about 20 mins. Then comes the intense toning which is about 25 mins my favorite bit of the workout fast moves with weights love it really makes you sweat and the intervals are harder to they last 3 mins with 6 30 second moves. And then it's ab time with intense abs a great workout lasting about 12 mins I could of done longer was a bit dissapointed it was so short but it was great I did enjoy it Jackie is tough. Lastly we have the stretch a lovley stretch which is well deserved after working so hard it is in two bits a normal stretch so if you just do that it is quicker and a developmental stretch which is good but i am not the most flexible of folks so i usually skip this bit but if you can do this please do. Overall once you get over the shock of how different it is you will find it's an excellent workout. Well done Davina Jackie and Mark I love it!!
