M.A.S.K.: Complete Series - Volume 1 (4 Discs)

As good as I remembered, I'd forgotten about the cheesy messages at the end of each episode, look both ways before crossing the street ;-) They dont make them like that anymore. Great!

I've been waiting for mask on dvd for ages, it's ones of th best cartoons there is. Once again awsome can't wait.

This is a truely classic cartoon i remember watching this when i was a kid sitting on a saturday afternoon watching mask, if you like thundercats, visionaires and he-man then you will love this, nothing made recent can compare to 80's cartoons so give it a go i promise you you will not be disapointed.

I love this classic 80s show. It's a pity the dvds are so poor quality.

Video and audio quality is sub-par. There are black bars of varying sizes on all sides (different sizes on all eps). In some very short sequences the bars cut as much as 20-25% off the top but generally they are of acceptable size (0-20 pixels on each side)

The dvd menus crash most players I've tried (PowerDVD, VLC (both Linux and Windows), Mplayer, Media Player). Only my stand alone Pioneer player managed to get to the epsisodes from the menus when I did some manual skipping.

That being said this is the best quality available for this show and the very low price makes it a bargain for over 12 hours of nostalgic fun :-)
