This Highlander film is very different from the others, as the immortals are no longer fighting for the prize in the gathing, they are now hunting down the secrets of the source. Duncan makes his second debut in the film series and performs fantastically. The style of the film is also very different from the others, for example the quickening is made better with cgi, also the film is very dark and gloomy as if it's the end of the world, which it is. This film i also recommend even though it's probably not the best of the series.
IT'S A KIND OF TRAGIC!

Why do I subject myself to watching the sequels? It must be because that I live in hope that one day some good will come out of this series of terrible sequels.
If you thought parts 2,3 and 4 were bad in this damned series well you ain't seen nothing yet!
This is a cheap and nasty addition. But what could you expect from the director of The Lawnmower man?
Again as with the rest of the sequels the plot is a total mess and the immortals have to join forces to fight the ultimate evil.
The action is pathetic and the acting is chronic. Even one of the immortals looks uncannily like Rhydian the albino runner up to X-Factor 2007.
Everything about the film is bad.
The only way to breath life into this dead series, would be to remake the great original and start all over again.
Avoid!
