In my opinion this is an exellent film which faithfully covers German political and social history during the 1930's, including the rise to power and night of the long knives. The problem is not the film or it's content but the dreadful lack of care in remastering to dvd. The picture quality is cloudy as if you are looking through catteracts. The sound is barely audible because of high mono hiss and the dialogue is out of sink with the picture. Poor at any price!

This DVD was of poor quality and appeared to be a
copy. The picture is poor, the background music out of tune and the later voice sync is out. I should have smelt a rat when I read the word 'oppertunistic' on the notes. Disappointing.
The quality of picture and sound is very poor.
